An initial clean after construction, and a white-glove clean after punch list.
Construction leaves dust in places nobody thinks to look. We clean newly built and renovated commercial spaces so they're ready for occupants: removing construction dust, debris and residue from fixtures, walls, floors and high surfaces. We typically complete an initial clean once major construction wraps, then return after punch-list work for a final white-glove clean, so the space is polished and move-in ready when you hand over the keys.
